About the founder
Best Life Blueprints (BLB) is James’ brainchild. He originates from a small town in the UK, got a doctorate in life sciences, moved to Germany and then entered the corporate desk-based world.
He soon realised that this didn’t exactly allow for a paradigm of good health routines to flourish. Since then, he has focused a lot of his spare time on the question “How can we make this whole situation better?”
Being desk-bound for 40+ hours a week did not exactly easily fit to the scope of having a healthy, flexible and active lifestyle and he decided to spend time trying to come up with a way of creating a way of helping people in similar situations to become healthier, while allowing for the inflexibility of being tied to a desk for most of the day. He started the journey by becoming a qualified personal trainer with a certification in nutritional coaching in personal training and a license in bootcamp leadership and then got to thinking how to translate this into quantitative actions.
So BLB was born!
The aim of the game
What James hopes is that through BLB, users can take the blueprints and apply them to their individual situations and give themselves the power to upgrade their lives, whether desk-bound or not. Every step taken towards leading a healthier lifestyle is a good one and if people can find use in some of the blueprints on offer, then as far as James is concerned, it’s been worth the effort!
